Issue with Saving Files in Multiple Formats and Unexpected Feather Command Error in Photoshop

I am encountering an issue with saving a file in two different formats (PNG and JPG) in Photoshop. While the action recording feature allows me to record the process, the problem arises after I save the file as a JPG. The tab closes automatically, which prevents the subsequent action of saving the same file as a PNG from executing.

Alternatively, I considered using batch automation to save the file in both formats. However, I keep encountering the error message, "The command 'Feather' is not currently available," even though I haven't used the Feather command—I'm simply exporting an image.

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the action (set)?
