Issues with start op script after update

After updating Photoshop to 25.12 and Photoshop beta to 26.0, in Bridge it's not possible anymore to use Photoshop - tools - imageprocessor. I get the message: "start up script not found in Adobe Bridge". Adobe advices te re-install?? Isn't it possible to go back to the previous version Photoshop 25.11 without re-install? So I don't loose all my preferences and presets?

If not, does remove Photoshop Beta solve the problem?

Photoshop runs on Windows 10 Pro 22H2, 64 bit.

This sounds very much like the kind of problem you can get by having the beta installed alongside the production version.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

In the meantime i've removed Photoshop Beta, in Bridge preferences - file extension associations set to Photoshop 25.12. Unfortunatally without succes ;-/. What else can I do without removing Photoshop and losing all presets, etc.? I just want to remove the latest update. Before updating all went fine. If I remove 25.12 in Adobe Cloud Desktop (ACD), is it automatically running on 25.11 again? In ACD I see I have to install everything again?? Besides it's a lot of work, I'm not sure this will help, the problem is in 25.12.. Don't want to reinstall this...
