It takes FOREVER to move Artboards

When I try to move an arboard to another place, it takes forever and the photoshop freezes everytime.

Even it seems like the artboard has moved, but once the loading is complete, it reverts back to its original position and glitches..... could you guys please look into this??

Could you provide an affected file?

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
