Jagged/Pixelated Canvases and Broken Zoom Tool

I was trying to move several layers down in the list when the entire screen flickered. I think I dragged the layers out of Photoshop, but it just said it couldn't copy the layers, or something. I might have triggered some option screens, too, but I have no idea which ones or how. When I looked at the canvas I was working on, it'd become jagged and pixelated. Then when I tried to zoom in on it, the sliding zoom wouldn't work. It only zoomed when I click-and-dragged a box. The other 2 canvases I had open were in the same state.

I've already tried resetting the zoom tool, it's still in "animated zoom" mode. Scrubby zoom isn't on, either. I tried setting the canvases back to Content-Aware Scale, but they seem locked onto Free Transform. For some reason, the bright colors on my projects turned darker. Does anyone know what I could do to fix this?

Could you please post complete screenshots taken at View > 100% with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible?

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
