Job Role for Power User

Is there a career path at Adobe for experienced product power users and domain experts without a coding background?

I have 10+ years of real-world experience working professionally with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and photography workflows.

Over the years, I have identified many real-world workflow gaps, user problems, feature opportunities, and ideas that could improve Adobe products. I am also interested in contributing through product thinking, feature concepts, workflow analysis, user feedback, testing, and PRD-style product proposals.

However, I do not come from an engineering or coding background.

Does Adobe hire or work with experienced industry professionals like this who can contribute to product discovery, workflow improvement, feature development, UX research, product testing, or customer insights?

If yes, which Adobe roles or teams would be the best fit for someone with this type of real-world product expertise?

It would also be great if Adobe had a pathway where long-time professional users could contribute directly to product teams beyond submitting individual featu

re requests.
