When I try to open photoshop on my laptop it says this message

Catch in IphotoshopApplication, exception encountered filesystem error: in directory:permission denied{"user/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop 2026 OCIO"}

I have updated my laptop software, tried changing permissions and deleting/redownloading the app.

    Is your user account an admin or standard user?

    Can you try signing in with admin permissions? There may be a permissions mismatch. Also, try giving Photoshop full disk access, we see that being a solution to funny permissions errors a lot.

    Hey, @francisco_4218. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out.

    Just to be sure, ensure Photoshop has the required permissions on the macOS: https://adobe.ly/43zB3AJ

    Let us know how it goes. Thanks!

    This didn’t work for me! I gave photoshop full permission, uninstalled/reinstalled, restarted, etc. My other Adobe programs work fine, just photoshop is giving me this error!
