Just purchased photoshop but cannot install on MacOS Catalina 10.15.7

Just purchased a CC subscription but it is useless as i cannot install Photoshop on my Macbook Pro Catalina 10.15.7

It doesn't solve the problem as it only talks about changing the setting as below. My problem is the Photoshop app dont even exist. I can't install it. In the CC app store, the oldest version i can find is also Photoshop V23.

Does this mean i have to cancel my subscription as i can't use the app?

What year MacBook Pro do you have?

If your able to upgrade to Big Sur or newer, then you can use the current Creative Cloud applications.
