.jxl format not working in Photoshop 27.11.00

Question

Upgraded to PS 27.11.00.None of my saved Actions work. 	Bridge > Tools > PS > Batch > Action: “OPEN RAW to JPG” opens to a Desktop Folder instead of PS. 	Manually saved RAW to only option available… jxl	.jxl now opens in Preview instead of PS. Don't know how to default to PS.	Saved “save as” to .jpg	PS does not recognize .jpg because an unknown or invalid JPEG marker type is found.	.jxl is not compatible with Topaz AIPlease advise… thank you… dw 🤙🏽

​@darrellwongsorry to hear that PS isn’t working as it should. My first reaction if this happened to me, is that installer must be corrupted. So, I would uninstall it from my Creative Cloud Desktop App (prefered) or adobe.comOnce this is done. I will use Adobe Cleaner Tool tocleaningup corrupt files,https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/apps/troubleshoot/diagnostics-repair-tools/run-creative-cloud-cleaner-tool.html. Once that is done, delete the previous download that had Photoshop and empty your trash can or recycle bin. This previous installer may be the issue, so no point in using it!Now, go back to Creative Cloud Desktop App (prefered)
