Lag when connected to the web

Here we go again. Another adobe issue.

I'm using the latest version of photoshop on the latest version of windwos 11.

Whenever i open a psd it takes about 2 minutes before we can start editing the file.

If i disconnect the net/wifi it works fine.

I dont know where adobe gets off raising the prices again with this bug loaded software.

Hey, @PixelTonic. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. I reviewed the account you used to log in and an active subscription.

Is this a personal machine, or does an IT team manage the device? If yes, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted: https://adobe.ly/4iKsXwk

If it is a personal machine, temporarily disable any VPN, Antivirus, browser plugin, or Firewall program that can control how your computer connects to the internet.

Try launching Photoshop while holding the SHIFT key to skip loading any plugins that have their own activation calls. Also, while using Photoshop, which Panels are active? Try closing the Library panel from Window > Libraries, as it requires the Creative Cloud Libraries service to connect and function.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
