in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

    Hey keithsreid,

We're sorry for the trouble. We need more details to help you. What version of Windows are you using? Please provide the System Info from Photoshop. You can find it by going to Help > System Info and copying the details here.

In the meantime, could you try using the removal tool on a different set of images with a more prominent subject?

If the image you've attached is your project, try using the remove tool to make a manual selection using brush & set the Mode to Auto for higher-quality results.

Try this method and see if it goes away:

    • Go to Preferences > Image Processing...Choose "More Stable" for Remove Tool Processing.
Restart Photoshop (Photoshop > Quit Photoshop, then relaunch).

    • You might need to restart once or twice after applying the settings.

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks,

    Shivani
