Latest version crashes often.

Last month, I updated my version of PS2022 to 23.4.2 and as soon as I opened it, It crashed. I reopened it and it allowed me to create a new project. I selected the paint brush and began painting with it. moments later, it crashed again. I thought maybe it's my system. So I went to settings and checked for updates. I'm using Windows 11. Updates were current. I then checked my graphics drivers. I have a NVidia GeForce RTX 3060 chip in my laptop. The drivers were also up to date. So I opened PS 2021. I have it because I use it for 3D. Worked in it and put it thru hell for about an hour and it didn't crash. I closed it and opened PS 2022. It crashed as soon as it loaded. I'm now using 23.1 and it hasn't crashed yet. What is wrong with PS2022 23.3 and beyond? Whatever it is, it needs to be fixed. PS isn't free. I shouldn't have to pay for a piece of software that I can't update to the latest version for fear of it crashing.

mine crashes also, when i start a new project or trying to open an image. I will create a crash report about this. I also read so many same crashes with 23.4.2 on reddit. There is clearly an issue with latest photoshop. so i hope they won't ignore it and try to fix it. or else we are stuck with 23.3

Hi @E Keith Borders sorry to hear this.

I'm not seeing any submitted crash reports from you in our system. If you haven't done so already, please submit all Crash Reports along with your email address: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/submit-crash-reports.html That will help us diagnose the crash.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Thank you,
