Latest versions of Photoshop run very slow even during simple tasks

You’ve reactivated an old thread. And you wrote only "I am having the same issue". It may seem like it's the same problem, but it may not be. Also, you're not giving us any information about your system and what you've tried so far.

Rather than reactivating an old thread that is seemingly similar, you are posting to a new thread with fresh, complete information.

Please include system information, a detailed description of the problem and if it's possible a step-by-step instructions for reproduction. Also includes the steps that you've done by your own to solve the issue.

I've tried disabling the integrated before, as I mentioned. but something I did not try was restarting.

One oddity is that it would hang on the boot screen with the spinning loading circle. But baseed on the error sounds, I suspected that it was still running in the background even if I couldnt see anything, so I tried plugging my monitor into the RTX 4070, and sure enough it displayed my password screen and booted to the desktop.

However, performance in photoshop is relatively unchanged.

You need to completely disable the conflicting Intel UHD 770 graphics processor. It's all over the system info and it shouldn't be.

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue? 

What have you done about general Photoshop performance and Scratch Disks so far?
