Layer list randomly scrolling up and down

When I hover my cursor on some layers on layers panel (particularly clipping masked layer, I’m not very sure though), the layer list randomly scrolls up and down, make it impossible to select particular layer.

PS: It’s on Photoshop Web

    Try to Reset Browser Zoom to 100%

    Photoshop Web’s layer panel can misbehave if browser zoom is not exactly 100%.

    Do this:
        1.    Press Ctrl/Cmd + 0
    OR
        2.    Go to browser menu → Zoom → 100%

    Then reload Photoshop Web.

    Let us know if this works.
