Hello, so I have a problem when I apply the Stroke effect to the layer via its menu "Layer Style" You can see it is not antialiased at all, what is wrong?

You have probably applied the stroke to the white areas? The stroke is obviously anti-aliased - but the white areas are not.

Try reworking the edges of the white areas. Then it should look better.

Can you show a screenshot of the Stroke Effects dialog with your settings?

We also need to know your zoom level. How does it looks at 100% zoom?

There isn't much to do there in its settings, and the image above is zoomed in a bit but you can see the problem even with 100 percent of scale
