Layers are not locked yet will not move/can't be dragged around to adjust layers panel.

Has anyone else experienced this? I simly can't move differentt layers around within the layers panel

What version of Photoshop are you using?

If you using Photoshop 2024 (ps ver 25.7) make sure your actually Signed In.

Open the Adobe Creative Cloud Application to verify your Signed In to the Creative Cloud.

May sound silly, but i've encountered all kinds of strange behaviour on both Windows and Mac

in Photoshop 2024 (ps ver 25.7) only to find out i'm not signed in to the Creative Cloud because

of a bug that a user can't sign in or out with Photoshop 2024 (ps ver 25.7).
