Left Side Guidelines Do Not Drag Out While In Full Window View
Issue: When Photoshop is in the middle full-screen mode (in between floating windows and true full screen, Mac keyboard key F) - left hand guidelines will not drag out, top lines still do.
Provide Photoshop version: 25.0.0 20230906.r.37 b14e317 arm64
Provide OS and version: macOS 14
Step 1: Open any project
Step 2: Toggle the window mode to the full width, but not full screen mode (cycle through using Mac key F)
Step 3: Try to pull a guideline from left side
Expected result: Photoshop should pull out the guideline
Actual result: Nothing happens. Pulling from the top of the window still works as intended.
