Lightroom Classic and Photoshop 26 Presets Issue

How can i keep my Lightroom presets ONLY in Lightroom? The same goes for Photoshop.
I like to keep my Presets Organized, and i never use Photoshop Presets in Lightroom, so i deleted it. but when i do this, when i use Photoshop, the Preset i Just deleted in Lightroom Also got deleted in Photoshop. 

How can i fix it?

Do you mean Lightroom and Camera Raw? They will use the same presets retrieved from the same folder.

 

Lightroom and Photoshop don't, and can't, use the same presets. A preset in one doesn't work in the other.
