Lightroom to photoshop 25 issue

Ive been upading to new versions for years many of years and never had this issue and I would hate to have to rebuild my shortcuts and all by doing a fresh install. 

No, even when I reinstalled the older version I just installed it with nothing more.

During the installation of the older version it will be created a new preferences folder with the default settings.

So it makes sense to do a clean reinstall of Photoshop v25.

Did you have it remove your preference settings when uninstalling? That could have been the cause, especially if the settings had been ported over from an earlier version when upgrading.

I reinstalled PS 24 and it works perfectly 

* Photoshop opens immediatly 

* Yes this happens when already open and when opening the app 

* No plug ins for PS just Lightroom

As for the issue you are seeing, it sounds like PS eventually opens despite the error. I just verified on my end that I'm able to use Lightroom Classic with PS on MacOS 15.1.1 without this issue occurring, so lets see if we can figure out why it is happening on your end.

• If you try to open PS on it's own, does it still take 2 min?
• If PS is already open, do you still see this error when sending a file from Lightroom?
• When using PS '24, did you have any plug-ins or add-ons which might have been carried over to the new version?
