Liquify Tool not working. Moves on its own since updating to Sonoma OS.

The Liquify tool has been broken in the latest versions of Photoshop.  When using the Liquify tool, the tool moves around on its own and is not responsive to the mouse or a wacom Pen.  I have spent three hours on a phone call with your Live Support and they were unable to fix the problem. They recommended I submit a bug report.  This problem has been going on since Apple updated their OS to Sonoma.  This bug does not appear in Monterray OS.

On the call with your Support team, we tried every fix.  We tried using older versions of Photoshop and that did not resolve this issue.  This bug has been a problem for months basically rendering Photoshop usable.  There is a long thread in your community forum detailing this issue across many platforms and users.  Here is a link to the thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-bugs/photoshop-2024-liquify-filter-mouse-moves-on-its-own-mac-14-1/idi-p/14117709#comments

As the thread you linked to says, the issue was caused by macOS Sonoma 14.1 and was fixed by Apple in the next dot release.

You didn't say which exact version of macOS14 you are using?
