Could you please tell me where to delete Photoshop cache or some other temporary files to free up space on the C drive?

Yes.

You could start off by removing any unessaserry programs on your device. Photoshop will not likley open unless you have the rewuired amount of space on your c: drive.

You could also delete things like uneeded photos or videos. You also have the option of putting some files onto a hard drive.

Windows 10/11 computers have the option to optomise the drive to delete temp files on your computer.

Followo these steps: (for windows 11)

Settings/System/Storeage/Advanced Storeage Settings/Drive Optimization/Optimize
