Lock title tab to App frame

Hi

I know you can lock your workspace so you cant move layers etc....But does anyone know if there is a way to lock the document itself ( ie the tab that says the title ....eg Untitled-1... )...? I keep accidently grabbing the bar while drawing and it becomes a floating window which is very irritating!?!?
