Its says Loading Document and its been far too long it doesnt load

@default45952958jb2tlc because you are working online and using Phtoshop for the Web, I would do the simple stuff first:

 

  • Clear history, cache and cookies of your browser
  • Restart your computer
  • Check Adobe's Status for server side issues, https://status.adobe.com.
  • If there are no issues then it's likely your internet connection 
  • And chang web browser. I sometimes need to change web browser from Chrome to Firefox to Edge and even Safari!

Which version of Photoshop do you use?

Which operating system do you use?

 

Please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the Photoshop menu item Help > System Info. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.

 

Try to reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps described here:

It's recommended to backup your settings before resetting the preferences.
