Check out Puget Systems hardware reviews as pertaining to Photoshop.  They do real world testing and they are very good at it.

Then check out the systems they sell and recommend, take note of the spec, and use that information to home in on your best choice.  You could even buy from them if the logistics work out — I would probably use them if I lived in the USA.

If you live here in New Zealand, then I recommend Compulsion Tech.  They will tailor builds to your spec, and they are quick, super friendly, and their pricing is competitive.  They will definitely be my first choice the next time I upgrade.

I was just looking at the workstation specs from those two companies, and they are seriously enticing.  Hmmm... it's not a good idea browsing the grown up's toy shop and seeing all those lovely shiny things.  My system is only a year old, and I am already wanting to upgrade!  😞

Yes. I have the Lenovo ThinkPad L13 (Gen 5) and thats pritty good. It can run Photoshop very well. But I wanted somthing with a bit more power. Is there any providers in Australia? Or does that NZ company ship here allready?

One more question, what system do you have right now?

(If you any questions or feedback about this topic, either reply to this or send me a DM using the Privte messing feture.)

@fred_gmc depends on your budget, I'd recommend a Desktop rather than a Laptop.

CPU an Intel i5 or i7 14th gen

RAM 32GB or 64GB if your budget allows it

1TB SSD for apps, OS and scratch disk, 2 * 2TB SSD's for storage and backup

An Nvidia RTX 30xx, 40xx or 50xx with 8GB of VRAM or more
