Loop Pause

Hello,

I have 20 frames that I wish to show for 0.02 seconds each, and loop continuously. There is noticeable hesitation on the last frame. Is there a way to avoid this?

I'm using video timeline.

Thanks,

AJ

You wouldn't have a link on how to do that, would you?

    Hi

Your screenshot shows a frame animation timeline not a video timeline.

You show all frames at 0.02 seconds except the last which is at 0.1 seconds which is 5 times longer than the others so will appear to hesitate.

Incidentally, if your output is to a gif the you have virtually zero chance of it playing at 50 fps which is what a 0.02 second frame requires. Most browsers cannot support that and many actually slow down when presented with too high a frame rate. I tend to limit gifs to around 15 fps.

If you mean that the transition between the end of one loop and the new one is so different, you can just solve it by adjusting the animation to make the start be like the the end.

If the start is like the end, then it would seem like there would be an even longer, noticeable delay, if I'm following you correctly.

You can ad the same frame with different opacity to make fade out effect. Just make anything to enhance the transition between the loop and the new one.
