Losing the plot...

I'm sure this is just me but...

I am a usual Lightroom user, and will probably go back to it now, but on using Photoshop today I am confused by an issue.

After auto "de-noising" an image and saving it as a jpeg the image, when uploaded to a 3rd party printing site, still shows the noise in it...

Am I going mad?

Did the edited image have more than one layer? Try flatening before saving if yes.

Are you viewing at 100% zoom ratio in both Photoshop and when uploaded to the print service? That's if you have any control on what you are seeing with the online version.

Did you try uploading before denoising the image? If yes, then you might be looking at a cached image. Cmd F5 should force a full refresh of the page.
