Lost all my work after my licence ended.

I graduated a few months ago, and the license expired without notice. All of a sudden, my two years of work is gone! I tried getting it back by renewing the subscription, so I could back up my work, but I can't seem to find any of my files. I also have another license, and it would be great if I could move my files to my new account.

Were your files stored on your computer, on drives plugged into your computer, or in the cloud for your, now expired account?

In addition to the reply from Dave, most likely your account was terminated by your school when you graduated. Files stored in the Cloud go with the Adobe ID login. You might want to check with the IT department at your school to see whether they can assist.
