Lost all my .xmp presets when re-installing Windows. Any way to recover them?

Hello

Due to performance issues on my pc, I decided to reinstall Windows. When reinstalling photoshop and creative cloud and connecting to my account, I didn't have my .xmp presets where I used to use them in Camera Raw Filter presets.

Is there any way to recover them? I totally forgot to back them up to a drive and now I don't know any way to recover them. I only backed-up my 'Presets' folder from my Photoshop but it seems I don't have my .xmp's there.
