Hey, @gérardt49732496. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out. What version of macOS are you working on?

Try these steps to set up or recreate the link between Lightroom Classic & Photoshop 2024.

  • Reset Lightroom Classic following the second (manual) method from this article: https://adobe.ly/4fOPxm4
  • Follow the steps to uninstall Photoshop & Lightroom Classic and install them again.
  • Before launching both of the apps, ensure Lightroom Classic & Photoshop have the required permissions on the macOS: https://adobe.ly/4amzwQg
  • Try launching Photoshop first, then Lightroom Classic & check if it behaves as expected.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks!
Sameer K

Hi @anne_guillard

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please share a few more details?

  • Which version of Photoshop and Lightroom are you using?

  • Which operating system and version are you working on?

  • When did this issue first start occurring? Did it begin after a recent Photoshop update or after any changes to your system, such as an operating system update, a new extension/plugin, antivirus software, or any other recent installation?

Also, could you please confirm whether you've already tried the troubleshooting steps shared above? If so, let us know the results.
