Mac ignoring "Adaptive: Color" profile in DNGs saved from Photoshop being imported into Lightroom.

I am a photojournalist and recently switched from a PC to a MacBook (last week). My workflow has been rock-solid for many years, and my old archive copied over to the new Mac system without any issues.

My Workflow:

• Preview & Culling: Photo Mechanic

• Editing: Photoshop 27.9.1 / Adobe Camera Raw

• Saving: Exported/saved as DNG files

• Archiving: Import DNGs into Lightroom Classic 15.5.1

The Issue: For my commercial side work, I regularly apply the "Adaptive: Color" profile to my Raw files. However, since switching to the Mac, when I import these newly edited DNGs into Lightroom Classic, LrC fails to apply or read the "Adaptive: Color" profile. The images import looking completely flat.

What I've Tried:

• I read that updating the AI settings in Lightroom might resolve this, but it did not work.

• Manually reapplying the Adaptive Color profile inside Lightroom does fix the image, but this is way too time-consuming and defeats the purpose of my workflow.

• Note: Older images processed this exact same way on my PC do not have this issue. It is only affecting new photos processed since my switch to the Mac last week.

Does anyone know why Lightroom Classic is stripping or ignoring this specific profile from my ACR-generated DNGs on Mac, or how to fix the metadata handoff between the two programs?
