Yes, but I agree with creative explorer that more than 16GB Unified Memory is a good idea. 24GB is better, I have 32GB, 48GB might be too much unless you edit large files or files with many layers.

This is no problem. External SSDs are commonly used. I use them.

If you have existing SSDs, they will run fastest if formatted as APFS (Apple File System), they will run OK if formatted as ExFAT which will work on both Mac and Windows.

Yes. You can plug it into the HDMI port, and if it’s already occupied, you can also plug it into any of the USB-C ports with an HDMI or DisplayPort adapter.

@Spaaark_digital that isn't too bad for Photoshop, but if you plan on working with very large, multi-layered files (over 1GB) or do extensive 3D rendering or video editing, more RAM would be better. Some users working with such large files have found that 32GB or even 64GB of RAM significantly improves performance and prevents slowdowns. Always get more RAM if possible, because you can't upgrade the RAM in a Mac Mini after purchase, it's wise to get as much as you can afford upfront if you anticipate your workload growing. (I am looking at the MacBook Pro Max with 128 gigs of RAM, and at last a 2TB hard drive). Just because I am working with large files!

With regards to your scond question yes, your MAC Mini will have
multiple ports, including Thunderbolt/USB-C, which are perfect for connecting external portable SSDs. An external SSD connected via a Thunderbolt port will provide very high data transfer speeds, maybe even be faster than the base Mac Mini's internal SSD! You will have no issues connecting and using external hard drives properly for storing files or as a Photoshop scratch disk.

And yes, your Samsung 27" monitor will also work properly with a Mac Mini. The Mac Mini has an HDMI port and additional Thunderbolt/USB-C ports that support video output. You can use an HDMI cable or a USB-C to HDMI adapter, depending on your monitor's inputs, to connect the display. The Mac Mini is designed to be paired with various external displays, so compatibility should not be a concern.

Thank you soo much, Now I can understand it is really Important to take care much about ram rather than SSD So i will enhance the ram rather than SSD.
thank you so much again for guiding me.
