I'm late to the party, but FWIW I am using Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium on my Mojave 10.14 without issues.

There was a catch though..  I could not run SETUP on a newly installed Mojave, I could only run the apps if I had it already installed on high Sierra.  So what did I do?  Simple.  I opened the disk image, opened the "Adobe CS3 Design Premium" folder that has the Setup.app and I CONTROL-CLICKED it and selected "Show Package Contents" then navigated to "Contents/MacOS" and double clicked the Setup terminal app and Wa-lah!  It installed on Mojave.  Only thing I didn't install was CS3 Version Cue since there will be no update to this software, but Photoshop, Illustrator, etc etc, apps work just fine.

Cheers!

CS6 will keep running just fine if you DON'T UPGRADE WINDOWS OR MAC OS. People seem to want to keep some of their old stuff and mix it with the latest bells and whistles, and this is where it all goes wrong.

Yes, Apple could keep old apps running, but they have said this is not their plan. Remember, Apple make most of their money through people buying apps in their app stores. They have a strong incentive to break old apps. It's all part of the joy of Mac, though Microsoft are getting in on the game too.

If your business can't afford  60 Euros a month for the key tools, maybe you should change jobs (or not upgrade your OS!).

This is the best answer I could find in solving this problem. However the entire Adobe Master collection is stable using Mac OS Mohave when allowing every app to control the computer as in the attached image of the security and privacy window.

Note: When I first heard Adobe was coming out with a cloud-based "non-ownership" monthly software leasing... I quickly purchased the entire Adobe Master collection CS6 for Windows and macOS -based platforms... Why because they  were already good enough for anything anybody ever really needs to do...

I was not going to be one of those people locked into monthly residual income for Adobe corporate profit mongers. Just saying... Whether I get better performance from Mac OS high Sierra or Mac OS Mohave... ~ Finalizing my operating system is more of a blessing rather than making upgrades to the "latest and greatest" a priority.

Nope, - I have everything I need... Condescending Adobe support above, telling you that you need to enter a relationship with Adobe creative cloud falls upon a great number of deaf ears. (Not winning over previous loyal customers with that language Adobe!!!)  Eventually they will learn, that everyone from College Students, Firm Owners, Visual Communication Majors, IE ~ photographers, graphic designers, front end and back end web designers, and mobile app developers, (Whatever your case may be), we won't let them take a bite out of any of our monthly expenses or profits... ~ True that!!!

Here is my system configuration... FYI Good luck Everybody!!!

I am running cs5, I did the part where you allow adobe to control your computer but my cs5 keeps instantly shutting down.  Apples fix to this was to clear my harddrive and re install Sierra.  Any other suggestions would help greatly

I have 5--did what alexander 86 said:

Go to System Preferences > Security > Privacy > Accessibility (left pane) and check "Adobe Photoshop CS6.app" (right pane). That's it, from now on Photoshop CS6 won't crash anymore on macOS Mojave. And can probably be used for many years to come.

You have to unlock the little lock on lower left and then of course we have 5 so check Photoshop 5.

I did it, restarted and Photoshop started right up.

theOzman, Adobe support NEVER USE SKYPE. You have been scammed. I hope you did not give them any credit card details, nor let them have access to your computer.

If you go to System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Privacy Tab -> check the box to allow Photoshop to control your computer. Now it should work. I found this fix on a Macworld.uk article and it now works for me

Thanks mrxd, that System Preferences workaround appears to have worked with my old but serviceable Elements 11 - it has stopped instantly crashing. You need to go to the Accessibility tab within Privacy (see https://www.macworld.co.uk/how-to/mac-software/open-apps-wont-work-mojave-photoshop-3684425/ )

See if assigning Photoshop to Accessibility helps:  Restart your Mac afterwards to be sure.

I upgraded to Mojave on both my iMac Pro, and MacBook Pro.  On the MBP I don't even have the "Allow the apps below to control your computer" checked for Adobe Photoshop CS6, and it works fine.

On the iMac Pro, whether I have that Accessibility/Privacy setting checked or not, the same PS CS6 opens but I can't get a window to show any images, and even when I try to open an image, nothing seems to happen.  The big gray box is not appearing on the iMac Pro.

PS CS6 was working on the iMac Pro after the Mojave update, and then it started this strange behavior of no workspace box.

Hi, Try to use the latest version of photoshop cc 18. Because with those MAC OS Mojave upgrade you are not able to use ps cs6.

CS6 works perfectly fine on Mojave if you follow the aforementioned steps.

Don't worry, there is an easy fix to this problem:

Go to System Preferences > Security > Privacy > Accessibility (left pane) and check "Adobe Photoshop CS6.app" (right pane). That's it, from now on Photoshop CS6 won't crash anymore on macOS Mojave. And can probably be used for many years to come.

Please don't buy this ***** about having to upgrade. I've been using Photoshop CS6 on my always up-to-date Mac since its release and besides being a bit slow (like every Adobe app ever) and not offering retina support, it works perfectly fine. And it's absolutely reliable. Don't let yourself shame into upgrading by those cheesy forum clerks. You'll only get another bunch of apps that don't work even a tiny bit more reliably than what you've already got. Newer versions of Photoshop don't even have compelling new features that would make upgrading worth it. That's why Adobe needs the subscription trap, because actually innovating is so much harder.

Also, the Affinity apps are almost on par with the Adobe apps, so it would be a waste of time to switch to an Adobe subscription now. The time is better spent studying Affinity, they'll probably and hopefully be the future.

Not to rub salt in your wounds...but if you insist on running such old versions of Adobe products perhaps you shouldn't have upgraded your operating system so soon? Was there a compelling reason to upgrade? You have a backup of your hard drive prior to the upgrade...right?

There is ALWAYS going to be some fallout when you upgrade to a brand new operating system. Older, no longer supported applications like CS6 are going to be among the first to have issues.

If you need Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign the Cloud Option is around 60 Euros per months. That is

a lot of money if you use it for private or freelance projects. That's why I bought the last CS6 version to avoid

having to pay this money monthly.

I'm using the newest cloud version in my job  - I'm a senior Art Director in a digital product agency and have

been using Adobe applications for more then 20 years. I find the cloud version extremely buggy on all 3

applications (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign) and have sent numerous comments about it to Adobe many times.

I'm actually using sketch and other new programs more by now than the Adobe products, because they perform

much better for todays UI/UX requirements, which is my focus in my agency job.

But since I'm using CS6 for my freelance and private projects - which includes a lot of print projects. For these projects

the CS6 applications WORK JUST FINE, I'm quite  upset that Adobe and Apple are not considering to keep CS6 running

for people that are still happy and satisfied with CS6!!!

It's a policy of todays throwaway society to force users/customers to buy new expensive stuff - see Apple and

all other electronic companies....

I'm sure if they would want, they could make the new OS Systems work with older Adobe versions, just as much

as they could upgrade old phones with new systems, to reduce electronic trash, which is a huge problem for the planet!

But sadly money and consume rules this world, and unfortunately big corporations like Apple Adobe & Co are

just feeding into this trend, instead acting responsible and sustainable!

You can get the most updated Adobe Application Manager from here, though it's still 32 bit, it's the newest one adobe has at the moment.
