mac photoshop If i click the window below, the active window goes to the back, and the other window comes to the front.

In mac If i click the window below, the active window goes to the back, and the other window comes to the front.
I wish it worked like Windows.

      ​@Ethereal_Wizard7103 I am on a MAC as well, when I click on an window that is behind one, it does come to the top; How I have that setup, go to Window—Arrange—Float All in Windows
