Magic Erasor Tool Not Appeared in Ps App

Hi,

I'm new to Ps, and the magic eraser tool hasn’t shown up for me in the app. I can see it in the web version, though. I’ve checked the Extra Tools section and also reset the Essential Workflow, but neither of these helped. 

Any suggestions? Thanks!
