Magnetic Lasso shortcut issue with Wacom Pro Pen 2

I'm having an issue using the magnetic lasso tool with the Wacom Pen. Basically the bracket shortcut to adjust the width doesn't work while i'm using it. If I switch to the mouse it works perfectly fine. 

I have the same issue with the other shortcuts for Frequency and Contrast. They work fine before I use the tool, but as soon as I start drawing the line the shortcuts stop working

I'm using a Intuous Pro M (PTH-660), Pro Pen 2 on Photoshop 25.7.0 on Mac OS Sonoma 14.4.1

Is anybody else having the same issue, or am I missing a simple fix?
