When I move planet it bocomes invisible outside the boder of the canves. Is it possible to make planet visible outside the boder of the canves? Video was uploaded as well.

Myra gave you workarounds to make the canvas larger or to use Adobe Animate.

 

The direct answer to your question is no, you cannot see objects when they are outside of the canvas.

 

Both InDesign and Illustrator use a Pasteboard so you can see objects that are off the page or artboard. Photoshop does not.

What is meant by Pasteboard ?

There are some workarounds where you would use Transform to see the object bounds or Image > Reveal All which would extend the canvas to include the planet (you could set up guides first, animate, and then crop down to the final size with Delete Cropped Pixels deselected).

 

If you want to animate and see the content that is out of the frame (or in Photoshop, outside of the canvas), you could try using Adobe Animate. You can decide whether you want to see the content that is outside of what is called the stage there by clicking the Clip Content Outside Stage button.
