making brush with varied pressure

hello! im new to photoshop, but ive been using CSP for 5 years and had very varied pen pressure on there. is there any way to create a brush with this amount of varied pen pressure in photoshop? i really enjoy how similar it is to an IRL inking brush pen and use it quite often. these brushes are size 400px in CSP if that helps. thanks!

all you can do is create Paths and use Stroke Path and check simulate pressure.  

Drawing tablets are dirt  cheap  - I used my tablet for a few months before  Igave it away- the pressure settings from the stylus were pretty dang awesome
