MASSIVE LAG ON COLOR WHEEL

All my PS prefs have been wiped, like 100% of all the data I've accumulated over 20 years of using photoshop. But it's ok not the first time. even the stylus pressure was.. wiped.. lol.
ANYWAY, I installed 2024 and pasted a 2 years of copy of my %appdata% to restore my photoshop, BUT
in 2024 there's a massive (probably more than one as usual) show-stopper bug, that the color-wheel has a massive lag, it's unusable:
