Me gustaría que la pestaña del menu Ventanas se pudiese colapsar en funciones y archivos abiertos

El desplazarte hasta abajo resulta incomodo, además sería bueno poder organizar estos archivos abiertos por ultima vez modificado (aunque no se haya guardado aún).
La idea es que todo esto que esta en rojo se pueda colapsar como sucede con organizar y espacios de trabajo.

@gonzalofish , have you adjusted and saved your Menus-settings yet?

You could hide all those menu items via Edit > Menus. 

Once they are hidden one can still view them by cmd-clicking the top menu item.

That's a great idea @c.pfaffenbichler ! Adding to what you said, the second part might be to save the modifications with a new name.

Good point. 

The two Menu-states could then be saved in two Workspaces which one could change easily afterwards.

For now, you can also use the CTRL/CMD tab to scroll between open documents without using the Window tab to view the list of open documents.
