Il m'est impossible de lancer Photoshop !

J'ai le même problème que jorgea35246306. Par ailleurs je ne parviens plus non plus à ouvrir Adobe Creative cloud. 

J'utilise Windows 11 famille, version à jour. Je n'utilise pas de NAS. Je ne parviens plus à accéder à Adobe Creative Cloud ainsi qu'à ma formule incluant Photoshop, Photoshop Béta, Lightroom et Lightroom Classic depuis trois jours (j'étais en vacances auparavant et ne disposais pas de mon PC).

Photoshop v26.11 - Photoshop Beta v27.0.1 - Lightroom Classic v14.5.1 - Lightroom v8.5.1

Lorsque j'essaie d'ouvrir Photoshop, voici ce que j'obtiens :

Capture dans IPhotoshopApplication, exception rencontrée : Invalid Offline Resources path

Lorsque j'essaie d'ouvrir Lightroom ou lightroom classic, voici ce que j'obtiens :

Error initializing Lightroom Invalid Offline Resources path.

Que puis-je faire ?

    Hey, @jorgea35246306. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. 

    Have you recently also updated Windows or any other drivers? Try these primary steps:

     

    Go to the location of the preference folder below and rename it to backup.

    • Windows 10/11: Users/[user name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop [version]/Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings
    • You can press Press the Windows key > Enter 'Run' > Enter %APPDATA%\Adobe
    • Rename the Adobe Photoshop folder by adding a .old at the end. (Adobe Photoshop 2025 > Rename > Adobe Photoshop 2025. old), You can restore these preferences later if needed.(https://adobe.ly/4860qM9)
    • Restart the computer.

    These changes will give a fresh start to Photoshop as a fresh install. Let me know how it goes.
