Meu Photoshop não abre!

Meu Photoshop não está abrindo, ele manda uma mensagem que no início diz:  Não é possível acessar os servidores da Adobe... mesmo assim eu consegui fazer atualização do meu Illustrator, mesmo "não tendo acesso aos servidores", o que eu devo fazer ?
