Meu Photoshop não abre nenhum arquivo

Boa tarde. Quando abro o Photoshop, ele abre normalmente a página inicial. Quando vou abrir alguma imagem ou arquivo ele carrega e fecha sozinho. Já desinstalei e instalei de novo, fiz um upgrade na minha memória ram e ainda sim nada. Peço ajuda para resolver.

processador: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz (2.59 GHz)
memória ram: 32,0 GB

@Aleke Olá! Eu acabei conseguindo resolver e vou compartilhar aqui para se alguem tiver os mesmos problemas.

Normalmente uso o software PARSEC para acesso remoto de outros computadores que utilizo em meu trabalho. O adaptador de vídeo utilizado para esse software estava conflitando com o do Photoshop, o que fazia ele travar e não rodar. Quando desativei, o photoshop voltou ao normal. Não sei o porquê isso ocorre, mas funcionou.

Could you let us know which version you're using? Also, does this happen with every file, or only specific ones? And does it occur when you try creating a new document too?
