meu Photoshop não fatia

Já atualizei meu Photoshop, desinstalei e mesmo assim não tem a opção de fatias. Preciso fatiar carrosséis e estou sendo prejudicado. Meus clientes estão cobrando e isso me prejudica bastante.

 

Como eu consigo resolver?

The slice tool is beneath the crop tool.

    As you can see in my attached screenshot, the current crop tool doesn’t have the arrow with other options. The only option available is this one, which doesn’t allow me to create slices. That’s the problem.

    @Kaio Holanda check your current workspace, you may be using something other than the Essentials (Default) workspace

    If that's not the issue, go to Edit > Toolbar and then click on Restore Defaults
