Correct answer

yes, i'm installing from creativecloudapp and my system meets the system reqieremetns... I've just found a possible solution but it's in the middle of instalation - to change the language settings to english international (it was set to my language by default) and i hope this works...

it is working!! so if anyone should have the same problem - go to the menu of Creative Cloud App, choose files and then preferences, and set your language to english (international). Then reinstall and it will work. Happy happy 🙂

Are you installing it from the Creative Cloud app, also what are your computer system specs, does it meet Photoshop's system requirements
