I'm using Linux and so far the web version of PS had suited my use cases. But I still miss a few classic features of the desktop version. - Pen tool (selection and free form) - Gaussian blur - LUTs - Non-destructive editing (effects displayed below the layer) PS.: a performance improvement would be great. I'm using the latest version of Zen Browser (Firefox) and ZorinOS for reference.

Why not use Photopea instead then? A web version of Photoshop with smart objects and non-destructive adjustment and filter layers. Also the Pen tool. And even LUTs via the Color Lookup filter.

I'm using the Firefly Pro plan, which comes with a bunch of features that goes beyond Photoshop itself. I could use Photopea, but the workflow would be compromised and I would have to subscribe to other tools. Ex.: Photopea + good Stock Image + Image Gen AI + Social Media Scheduling and etc.
