Question

Mixing Jpeg & DNG

I am working with the lastest version of Photoshop on a Dell laptop. I am working on a project which entails only graphic elements. But my sources are a mixture of free jpegs and DNG images I have shot. That shouldn't matter, right? The background, or field on which I will place the graphic elements is DNG however and that's preferential or does it not matter? Thanks as always.

Totally fine.   If the DNG files are 'raw' then they wil go through Adobe Camera Raw plugin before they open in a Ps layer, but once both images are in a Ps document as layers, you can edit and save the composite as required (TIF, PSD, JPG, PNG, etc).

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.3, Photoshop 27.5, ACR 18.3, Lightroom 9.3, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.3 .
