Modifier le logo du compte
Bonjour
Sur Photoshop, je ne parviens pas à changer/modifier le logo du compte dans le bandeau tout en haut à droite.

Correct suggestion by @Ged_Traynor.
If updating your profile does not reflect in Photoshop instantly, try this set of steps:
In the Creative Cloud app, press CTRL + ALT + T (Windows) to launch Creative Cloud Troubleshooter. Select 'Close Creative Cloud and related processes' > click on Go.
1 - Go to the location mentioned below and rename it to backup.
Windows 10/11: Users/[user name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/CCX Welcome > Avatar
Press Windows + R > paste this address "%appdata%\adobe\CCX Welcome" & click 'Ok'
2 - Rename the Avatar folder by adding .old or delete the folder. (Avatar > Rename > Avatar. old)
3 - Launch Creative Cloud again to open Photoshop and check if the profile icon has updated.
