Monitor and graphics card - colour profiling problem in Photoshop
Hi folks
I have a Dell UP3261Q monitor and a Radeon (TM) Pro WX 5100 Graphics card. I'm on the latest (but one) version of PS on a Windows 10 machine.
I'm using an X-rite colorimeter to calibrate the display, but getting some weird colour outputs when printing - grey on screen looks forest green on print.
Any advice on how to get the colour on screen to match the print out? (I'm pretty sure it's the screen that's at fault, not the printer).
I'm wondering if there's a setting in the Radeon software that I should switch on or off (or tweak).
I'm using the Dell monitor adjustments when I'm creating the profile for the monitor but the GPU has lots of complicated settings including colour temp / white balance / hue etc.
This graphics card is new to me and very confused!
Thanks for any wisdom or suggestions you can offer.
Ruth
