Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out.

What are the pixel dimensions of the GIF you're trying to export? How many total frames does the animation have?

Where are you viewing the exported GIF, because different viewers handle GIF timing very differently?

Try changing the delay between each frame in Photoshop to below 0.04 seconds, because the GIF format uses centisecond (1/100s) frame delays, so 24 fps comes to around 0.04s. You can do this in the Timeline panel by selecting Window > Timeline.

Let me know how it goes.
    Thanks!

    Hi @Sameer K ,

    Thank you for your help!

I spoke with  @ふくろうさん , and it turns out they accidentally posted here in the global community. Since they are a Japanese speaker, we have requested to have this thread moved to the Japanese community forum. Thank you for your understanding!
