My adobe photoshop won't install [Microsoft Store]

So basically, I've installed Adobe Photoshop before, then uninstalled it (because I thought I no longer needed it). Now I'm trying to install it again (because it turns out I still need it) but now it won't install. 

The adobe program shortcut loads, and when I click on it, and there's a popup menu asking if I want the program to make changes to my computer, but when I click "yes", the thing goes away as if it's about to install but......nothing.

And when I  try to install it from the microsoft store, it "installs" but then says there's an error message, but the thing says it's already installed, but if I was to close microsoft store & open it again & search for the Adobe Photoshop program again, it comes up as uninstalled & the "Install" button is there again.

Appreciate the help anyone can give me.
