My downloaded Firefly AI photos have a thumbnail, but won't open (Mac OS)

my downloaded Firefly AI photos have a thumbnail, but won't open on (Mac OS).

Tested Programs:

- Capture One

- GIMP

- Luminar

- Preview (Mac)

Does anybody know, what is the problem?
